Improve your mental and physical performance by power napping

We came across this great article published on Men’s Journal about the positive affects of power napping. The benefits are increased mental alertness, energy and physical performance throughout the day.
Unfortunately, I’ve tried power napping in the past and I simply cannot do it because I end up falling asleep for more than 2 hours at least. According to this article, it is not recommended to nap beyond 60-90 minutes because it would then make you just lazy.
