Not Eating at Night Anymore

Recently it was suggested to me a new diet. Basically you eat breakfast and lunch as you normally do but abstain from eating at night. I’ve seen with my own eyes that this diet plan does work but I’m afraid it can ruin my metabolism for good. Someone suggested that if I abstain from eating at normal hours, it can really have a opposite effect and instead of losing weight, I may end up gaining more weight.

I don’t know who is right. But I’m a bit convinced because I’ve seen people who has lost weight following this exact diet plan. They don’t eat past 7PM until next day morning and they’ve actually ended up losing a good amount of weight.

Who is right or wrong, I don’t care because I’m going to find out by implementing this as of now.
