Weight Loss and Diet Journals
By admin | August 1, 2007
I’m always lost when it comes to organizing my work out plan and eating habits. Part of the reason is probably not having a single source for tracking everything that I do fitness wise. So I started hunting for such tools and only free ones and came across two websites that offer exactly what I’ve been looking for.
The first and most popular one is FitDay. You can pretty much do everything here to organize your workout and diet plan. Some features are:
- Track your Foods, Exercises, Weight and Goals
- View your Calories, Nutrition, Weight Loss
- Daily Calorie Counts
- Weight Loss and Goals
- Detailed Nutrition for 1,000’s of foods
- Long Term Diet Analysis and more.
The second weight loss and diet tracking website is SparkPeople. The tracking is great and it’s easy to see your ratio of calories based on your exercise track. They also have great videos of recommended exercises. Other cool things it offers are:
- Meal plans and calorie counter
- Fitness plans and tracker
- Video Exercises
- Expert answers
- And of course, it’s totally FREE!
It may seem like I’m advertising for these guys but the truth is these two sites and others similar like them can help a fat and unorganized person get organized and be able to track their fitness and eating habits. I couldn’t locate others similar to these two so if you’re familiar with others, please post it in comments section!
