Exercise is good

A new study published on the Obvious Journal of Medicine suggest that regular exercise is great for people. It helps them get into shape, gain more energy, improve memory and much much more.
According to the all the researches and scientists various advanced and traditional experiments were conducted. Scientists are now convinced that by knowing such a fact, everyone and specially the fat people of the world will finally start exercising.
All along I thought there was no hope for people like me. But now it seems, that if being in shape actually is beneficial to my well being, I might just try losing some weight and see what happens.
