Wake up early
By admin | December 29, 2007
Waking up early has been praised all throughout history as one of the fundamental habits of a productive person. By rising early we get to see the beauty of sunrise, the fresh scent of grass and flowers, the beautiful melodies of little birdies and so on. Rising up early has this energy in it that you won’t get by waking up late even after you’ve gotten enough sleep. It’s best to get 5 hrs of sleep and waking up at 6 than 8 hrs and waking up at 8 or 9.
If you want a head start in your life, then start by waking up earlier than usual. Wake up at a crack of dawn, do some exercise, take a shower and get to work, school or whereever to continue the cycle of your life. Waking up early maybe something insignifcant and irrelevant if you’re looking into improving life, but nay! rather it’s a stepping stone in becoming better at things you already do and like to achieve in the future.
