1. Eat lots of protein. Eat chicken, turkey, fish and if you’re not a meat eater then eat all kinds of beans.
2. Don’t eat cold food such as cereal, simple sandwich, cold salad and all kinds of cold meals. Instead, eat warm meal often such as soup, eggs etc. Why eat warm food? Because it keeps the body warm and the body doesn’t waste energy.
3. Have hot spices like hot sauce, pepper and etc. because they tend to draw body heat to the surface of your skin.
4. Don’t have coffee because it gets you dehydrated after sometime. Have decaf instead.
