These video are great! Stress is killing us and this is one of the most simple ways to combat it. Work stress takes a much larger toll on our health than we care to admit. The author is right on the money with this article. In my book, Wingtips with Spurs, I devote an entire section to the effects of stress on our mental and physical health. Not from a medical point of view but rather from the view of a human resources professional of 30 years. Stress kills and will keep killing as long as we refuse to learn the coping tools. Michael L. Hi,

I love “how to” videos and these are also great to watch. I could put out money for a gym membership, but it’s more convenient and cheaper for me utilized a small room in my home for working out.

    THANKS!

    Hi,

These videos are great. Especially when many of us have little motivation/time to exercise.

I wanted to call to your attention, one very important website and video on demand workout network, called ExercisetV that is easy to access and provides very targeted free and downloadable workout videos. At

you can find workouts that you can do at your desk, in the car, for pregnant women, for brides, for the dorm room, and for those want to lose a lot of weight or just a little. You can even workout with Jillian Michaels (winning trainer from The Biggest Loser) and Jackie Warner of Bravo’s hit show, Workout.

Thanks again for the fitness video listings. Hope this site helps.

Hyperstrike.com has a lot of exercises as well as a nutrition plan for less than $10 bucks a month. This is a steal for the info that they give you. You can even use the promo code “NOFEAR” to get an additional discount. Talk about Results…I don’t have to pay for a trainer anymore.

Yeah, these videos could save some people a lot money instead of buying videos or don’t feel like paying for a personal trainer.

Youtube has all the stuff you need, at least for weightlifting. I like to switch up my workouts because of muscle memory so I go on there every 2 months to get new exercises.

Physical fitness is used in two close meanings: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations).

  12. I love my iPod Touch Says:
    May 13th, 2009 at 10:59 am

I just read the iPhone and iPod touch are presumed to have the same screen quality. But they don’t, according to some testing and reader feedback the iPod touch’s screen turns black areas somewhat grayish, washed out shadow detail, with absolute blacks appearing shimmery.
