I agree with 3 of 4.
Salt is not necessarily stripping anything of nutrients.
there is a asian saying “food without salt should be in the trash”. While trans fats, refined gains and HFCorn Syrup are bad, salt in moderation is NOT bad.
If that is bad, then:
alchohol is bad (including beer)
smoking is bad; chewing tobacco is bad,
sugar is bad

I’m sure the mean high levels of sodium, and it is known that too much sodium is bad for your health.
While our diet needs some level of salt, if we have too much of it, it can dehydrate our body.
Putting it in our beverages is especially dangerous, because we need water and salt retains water.
When water is retained, we have excess weight to carry around.
So, yes, light salt is okay for taste.
As far as alcohol, smoking, and chewing tobacco go, they are equally as bad because our bodies weren’t made to thrive with these habits. Our organs were made to endure their harmful effects, but anytime we take part in these, our bodies naturally reject the foreign chemicals.
Sugar is very important in our health, because our body naturally produces a chemical that works with the sugars provided in fruits, just like nutritional fats from fish.
