    I agree with 3 of 4.
    Salt is not necessarily stripping anything of nutrients.
    there is a asian saying “food without salt should be in the trash”. While trans fats, refined gains and HFCorn Syrup are bad, salt in moderation is NOT bad.
    If that is bad, then:
    alchohol is bad (including beer)
    smoking is bad; chewing tobacco is bad,
    sugar is bad
