Once formed, acne lesions heal very slowly and while some are being treated, others crop out. It is likely that the hormones play a role in the development of acne, teenage is the time when acne is most common problem. During pregnancy, women also suffer from acne problems because of all the hormonal changes going on it their bodies, with their menstruation or with the start or stop of the use of birth control pills.</span></p>
<p><!-- p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } --><span style="font-size: small;">Acne can cause emotional distress and also lead to scarring of the skin, depending upon the severity of the condition. But the good news is that there is available good treatment which on being started earlier can lower the risk of the lasting physical and emotional damage. Generally, acne appears on the face, chest, back and shoulders, the areas which have the largest number of functional oil glands.</span></p>

These happen when the openings of the hair follicles become blocked with oil secretions, dead skin cells and sometimes bacteria. When these comedons are open, they are referred to as blackheads which if they are open, they are referred to as whiteheads.  Papules are small bumps that are raised that signal the inflammation or infection in the hair follicles.</span></span></p>
<p><!-- p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } --><span style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">They may be red or tender. Pustules, red in appearance are tender bumps with white pus at their tips. Nodules being large, solid and painful lumps like beneath the surface of the skin. By the building up of secretions deep within the fair follicles, they are formed. Painful and pus filled lumps, the cysts, lie beneath the surface of the skin. These are boil like and can cause scars.</p>
<p>Acne isn’t really a very serious medical condition, but people suffering may want to seek from medical treatment from a specialist doctor for persistent pimples or inflamed cysts or any other damage that can be caused to the skin.</span></span></p>
<p><!-- p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } --><span style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">A lot of people believe that eating greasy foods and chocolates can cause pimples, but here it is to tell you that all these have very little effect on the formation of acne. There are studies going on to determine whether other food products like high starch foods such as bread, chips, which increase blood sugar, play role in development of acne. Other than this, acne is not about dirt; in fact scrubbing the skin for too long may irritate the skin and can even make the acne condition worse. What’s required is just simple cleansing of the skin for removal of excess oil and dead skin cells. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Reducing oil production, speeding up skin cell turnover, fighting off the bacterial infection, reducing the inflammation or doing all four is how the acne treatments work. If the acne doesn’t get better, oral medications should be avoided during pregnancy for women especially during the first trimester. Acne can be avoided or controlled with the most basic skin care which include washing the problem areas with a gentle cleanser, using over the counter available acne lotions for drying excess oil and promoting peeling, avoid irritants, it is also important to keep a check on what touches the face. Another important point is that never pick or squeeze blemishes because they may cause infection.</span></span></p>

But sitting in the correct postures is not known by everyone. With a posture in which a person tends to find him gently sliding down the chair, it causes a distinct curve at the bottom of the spine. So do you ever wonder why you suffer from back pain?</span></p>

But out of these only five percent are serious cases, according to the Royal College of Physician’s Faculty of Occupational Medicine, which may be caused by sciatica trapped nerves in the leg. This implied that rest of the percentage of cases are not serious but it is important to note that how this should be avoided.</span></p>
<p><!-- p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } --><span style="font-size: small;">Stress is put upon the back and neck by sitting in a static posture. This in turn may put a lot of pressure on the muscles and the discs. Some important tips are referred to people to combat the back problems and preventing their occurrence in future. One of these tips is that while sitting in your office chair, try to adjust yourself in a way letting you upper arms rest parallel to the spine, the forearms resting at 90 degrees angel to the upper arms. Moving the chair up and down can be done if necessary to achieve this position with the arms. Chair not moving up or down is not an excuse as the latest office chairs have this characteristic. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">It is important to use the armrests of the chair in your office. Also one of the key points is to press the back to the rear of the chair and there should be cushion to for the lower back to arch slightly forward so it is possible to avoid slouching forward. Slouching is something that can put a lot of stress on the lower back. So it is advisable not slouch in the chair. Another problem is with constantly sitting for hours in just one place without even taking any breaks. It is advisable that regular small breaks are taken from the desk.</span></p>
<p><!-- p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; } --><span style="font-size: small;">There are a few exercises that can be done to keep you mobile and it also helps to alleviate the tension, building up the whole day. One such exercise is to tight the backside to the chair and try passing a clenched fist between the calf and the chair. Readjustment is required if such a state is not achieved. Or moving oneself forwards or using a low back support can be used alternatively. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">It is very important that the eyes gaze at the monitor in the centre and if this is not done, make adjustments in the position of the monitor or adjust the chair. Apart from making little adjustments at work, it is also recommended to maintain regular exercise. Exercise helps to keep a person healthy and fit and also helps a person to achieve peace of mind. A way to gently exercise the body is yoga which helps relieve stress. Stress can also be a potential cause of back pain, so it is important to manage stress for getting rid of back pain. In a state when someone’s stressed out, all the muscles tighten in the body which results in potential problems.</span></p>
