Why Not?

Think about..you’re overweight, you walk around carrying all that extra baggage. You keep telling yourself, I will lose this garbage in the near future. Yet you’ve had it for perhaps a decade now. Why Not just take a look at yourself in the mirror and think deeply about your situation. How is your weight affecting you, your family and everything else around you?

The reason I created this site is because I am fat myself.  I’ve read many articles and books on health and fitness but none has helped me so far.  I’ve become an expert on providing fitness tips to people… yet I’m immune to them myself.  This blog is my only hope to somehow, eventually motivate myself to get back into shape.

Not to discourage you.  My articles will be very motivating and inspiring, so as long as you don’t think about who is writing them,  you should be good.
